Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time frame, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

unused
in its original condition
returned with any included parts or accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

personalized or customized products
products made from customer-supplied files
items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include:

your order number
a description of the issue
photos showing the problem when applicable

We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For returned items, refunds are generally processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to cancel the order.
