These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Squirrel King Labs website and purchases from Squirrel King Labs, a DBA of Squirrel King Industries LLC.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products and Availability

We offer 3D printed, fabricated, and related products, including original designs and products produced under commercial licenses from independent creators.

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, materials, and other specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because many products are manufactured in small batches or made to order, availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be shown before checkout when required.

Payment may be processed through third-party services such as Etsy, Stripe, or other payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or listing errors before fulfilling an order. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

  • suspected fraud or abuse
  • payment issues

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Customer-Supplied Files and Personalized Orders

When you provide us with files, designs, text, images, specifications, or other content for production or personalization, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permission to use that content.

You are responsible for reviewing the information or files you provide for accuracy before production begins.

Products made from customer-supplied files or personalized to customer specifications may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun, except when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.

Product Characteristics

3D printed and other digitally fabricated products may exhibit minor variations that are inherent to the manufacturing process, including variations in:

  • surface texture
  • layer lines
  • color or finish
  • dimensions within reasonable manufacturing tolerances

These characteristics are not necessarily defects when they do not materially affect the intended function of the product.

Intended Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions or warnings provided with the product.

Products should not be modified or used in a manner that creates an unreasonable risk of injury, property damage, or product failure.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, photographs, text, original product designs, and other materials created by Squirrel King Labs are owned by or licensed to Squirrel King Industries LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Products produced under license from independent creators remain subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective creators.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual property or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

You may not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
